At this time Odyssey accepts the following insurance: Medicaid, Caresource, Peachstate (Cenpatico), Amerigroup, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna. We also have an Odyssey Payment Plan. Please contact us for more information.
For new clients, please fill out the Intake Form below and schedule your appointment. Once received, our Intake Department will reach out to confirm your appointment and inform you if further information is needed.
For current clients, when scheduling your appointment, please include your contact information after clicking the NEXT button. After you schedule your appointment, you should receive an email confirmation. Should there be a conflict with your appointment, you will receive a phone call from our scheduling department.
